Definitely remember that shyt. I was team SNES but I had great respect for team Sega. Honestly, I wish they could bring back a new Sega console it would be lit to resurrect it.

Nintendo had the solid rep tho with Nintendo and gameboy. Zelda, Mario and donkey Kong was the equivalent of halo forza gears.

SNES was better. There was a lot of garbage on the Genesis. People fell for the "cool" marketing early on. None of that shyt aged well. Most of those sports games are unplayable now. Genesis also brought arcade games home which was a huge selling point, but the arcade version would be better. None of that shyt was fukking with Mario, Zelda and Donkey Kong.

I had em back to back. got a Super for my 8th birthday, and a Sega for Xmas the year I turned 9. I loved being able to choose for that 2-3 year period. After that, I've had every plystation.
