I work for the man now and have for 10 years but if everything falls into place my fiancé and I will have our own business by summer

Family owned businesses go under when no one is takes it seriously.
I love her. She just can't work for me.
I knew I had to do it cause there used to be a black burger spot down the street from me that I would get breakfast from. (French Toast)
And they are supposed to be open at 10am. But everytime I call they never pick up til like 10:05... 10:10. And I'm already hungry cause I stay up all night programming and coding so I usually just eat breakfast then crash for the day til the afternoon.
Anyway, one day they didn't pick up til like 10:30 and I finally said I can't fukk with them anymore and started going to the mexican burger spot which also serves french toast AND opens at 7:00 sharp.
Then I walked by black spot like a month later cause I was gonna tell her why I stopped coming (I used to spend like 100 a month there, every month) and it was closed down. "For Sale" sign.
Thats when I knew I had to fire my mom. Cause I was letting her slide... but the business was suffering.
If you own a business you have to act like it.

why don't we all just work for ourselves. lets see how quickly civilisation crumbles. the nurse, doctor, garbage man, train driver etc all will quit their jobs and work for themselves. dumbass

Not to mention, if you get a paycheck, you work for yourself. There is a net positive for you in the outcome. And my wife watches movies and shyt at her job for background noise (she works in the creative field). So Im really confused as to what the OP's point was and I dont care enough to read the thread to find out.
