How many pages is your resume?

Still think it’s too much. Maybe switch up the layout. Recruiters/HR folks are quick to bush resumes that exceed a page

There's no way around it for me. Two pages is just fine especially if the first page stands out. Most recruiters are fine with a two page resume.

My advice is one page if you're early in your career, and two pages if you have a decent amount of experience. No more than two pages.
