I know a dude who has a little company that males storage facilities. He makes bank. I guess there aren't that many people that do it because he wins contracts all over the country to build them.

Yeah my OG know the whole blueprint on that shyt. We been trying to look for storefronts for CBD shops and a few other things, but he stay telling us we need to build this storage shyt. Only thing is, he said them hoes cost like 200-250k. But said shyt gonna generate like 20-40k a month. Then he said you get 4 of them hoes. We be like nikka we don’t got no fukking million dollars

But he hipping us to how we still gotta have a decent amount of bread but to just get the land first then figure the funding for the rest out later. Might need to double back and holla at you about breh in the future
