Long story short, my cousin lives two counties over from me. His job requires him to come here to work and my family has been passively trying to get me to let him crash at my house when he's too tired to drive home. I love my cousin. When we were growing up he was my partner in crime BUT that's also the reason why I'm hesitant to give him a key. He's always been wild. Also I feel like I've given out enough keys. My parents, my little brothers and one of Foxies dog collars has a copy on it. Am I being selfish?

There are only 3 keys to my house. I have one, my girl has one and my mother has one. The only reason she has it is bc she lives close so if we lose ours she has a back up outside of the house.

Oh yeah the only people who have a key are my wife and 2 kids and of course me. My brothers are too nosey and will come here and try to get dirt on me. Try to find out how much I make. My mom lives 3 hours away and doesn’t come back home. I got a key to her crib.

Only u know the situation. If u think there’s a chance dude could fucck u up in more ways than one best to protect urself. Also, nip that family talk in the bud. Family trying to tell u what to do with your money. And ur life. U need to draw boundaries asap. The moment anyone tries telling me how I should inconvenience myself for someone else is the moment I begin to resent them. The longer that goes on the worse it’ll get for them.
