As far as getting HIV from a female goes, it's entirely possible but highly improbable. The risk factor is extremely low. This has been discussed already.

There's all types of reports out there to cite.Not saying it's impossible, female to male(through vaginal sex) transmission is rare as fukk.
It's hard for a straight dude to catch it all around.Most dudes who catch that hive have pre existing STD's.That causes your system to produce more antibodies,throwing your whole immune system out of wack.That in turn makes your body the perfect incubator for that HIV viral load.
