A serious question.

Not sure if its the time going faster but in recent years, ive been snoozing passed dinner like yesterday. :picard: on a bad day, i may have breakfast and lunch and unintentionally miss dinner. Id eat a small lunch with fruit between 2pm and 5 depending on the day so thats like 12 hours or more in between. :picard: gotta stop doing that shyt

How do you usually feel eating once a day? You dont get gassy or anything?
Nope. On keto it made it easy to avoid food. My hunger is there, I just can geaux longer without eating.

Plus I lift in the AM so I don't have time to eat breakfast even though I force myself on leg days. But that's usually eggs and bacon washed down with a protein shake mixed with heavy whipping cream tbsp of Peanut butter and tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil in unsweetened almond milks.

But in my reg diet eating two times was geared towards my college years. Had to eat around my schedule. No dizziness.

But I always eat 4hrs after waking up. Idk why. My hunger sucks in the AM.

I eat two meals. Breakfast/lunch anywhere between 9a-12pm

Then I eat dinner anywhere between 6-9pm

Plus I have smaller snacks throughout the day just in case I get hungry (yogurt, pretzels, popcorn, fruit, etc)

Three meals a day thing is bullshyt really. I eat when I am hungry. If I am working I snack on something healthy throughout the day.
