My gym buddy told me that a majority of bb in our gym aren't natty (from the serious lifters). I find that hard to believe since most people seem to be anti steroids/hgh etc (tho people are hypocrites) and it comes off kinda haterish but he was right about a lot of other things (like the amount of :wrist:lifters)

Nothing worse then people in the cut counting your weights and criticizing your regiment. I guess everyone has that small corner of the world where they berate people just for trying to do the right thing.

Its so demonic, friends.

Most people who are :flabbynsick: think anyone who's muscular is on something. That being said your friend is probably skinny fat and/or flabby. Also, I rarely see anyone big and ripped enough to indicate he/she is on something.

If they are legit body builders that compete and stuff...then they're probably on steroids. But your average gym goer? No.

Its pretty obvious to me. If they're a normal height, weigh more than 220lbs and have abs, then they're probably on something. Early onset male pattern baldness is a pretty good indicator as well.

People ask me all the time if I'm on something. I hit em with the :stopitslime: face. You know how much a legit steroid cycle costs? nikkas cant even be buff without a hater low key tryin to call them a cheater. Read a book and you can get big naturally too.

Just because you juice ,don't mean you will have an amazing body though if you train like a cock. This one guy actually had lats like wings he actually had a chance of flying in my view ,yet his legs ,arms/ were like drainpipes and his chest was non existant. He obviously just trained the one bodypart he was gifted with and responded the best and couldn't be bothered to do the rest.I know other juicers, who just train their upperbody but never their legs, because they are worried about fitting into their designer jeans, They look great with said jeans and top on,but look odd with clothes off.

Depends what you mean by 'natural' as well, technically, using manfactured protein powders, creatine powders or pills, means you aren't, a true natural would get everything from his diet. Creatine for one, is one of the few supplements where you get changes in your body without going on a juice cycle, it pushes water into the muscles which gives increased energy ,power and also some size and there is no way you could get an equivilent amount of creatine to achieve that from a diet. But really, this is a continent away from steriod use. And then we start talking about 'testosterone boosters', some do nothing and are a big rip off , some do and you have to be careful then as then your hormone levels are being messed with and if you don't know what you are doing you can get a nice pair of pre pubesencent girl t*ts, you might get acne and also some male pattern baldness, you also might get more aggressive , these boosters are often herbs and vitamins, yet again I wouldn't count folk who use those as natural either you have to cycle them just like steroids , although it's still a country away from steroid use.

I also think, the amount of people in the gym who juice is overhyped, it's got to the stage where anyone with some muscle and shape,is labeled ,I put it down to modern day laziness and inpatience to an extent amongst our generation and the younger one just leaving their teens, as people want results tomorrow and are quite prepared to risk their health to get it. But it's also because some people who claim they are 'natural' ,who get admired by these often young kids, it turns out they were bullshytting and they had been amateur chemists. Genetics, hard training , diet/lifestyle and decent form (right technique for the exercise) all play a role as well to varying degrees. It isn't just a case of if someone is juicing or not.

As someone else mentioned, a proper cycle is actually very expensive, and at least in my country you either get it from a local dealer or you buy it online, both methods are risky, not just with the law, but you can't know what the stuff is cut with. A young guy who used to go to my gym actually, was killed because he had a reaction to some 'juice' bought which it turns out was cut with bad shyt, like rat poison or something stupid. He didn't get it in my gym,but I know the place as it has since been closed down. That guy is like some others I know but luckily the rest are still on this earth , went to the gym for good reasons, maybe trying to get in the army, or lose some weight or put on weight, but then they get the bodybuilding bug but don't have the patience or experience or contacts to know what they are doing. They then get in the shyt.

Iam not against it actually, especially if you want to compete , but Iam against pro hormones, They are in my view much more dangerous actually, then pure clean juice or other drugs because they are just boxed like an other supplement . These pro hormones are often marketed dubiously are totally legal in the UK you can buy them from amazon , and it really isn't made clear that you need PCT, some young kids could end up totally fukked from them. In fact several pro hormone cycles is actually more or as expensive as several steroid cycles because of want you need to take alongside and after to stop losing your gains and not getting sick. I wouldn't ban them, but I think the onus should be on the manufacturers to make clear what is involved on their packaging and the true price of it.

Well, if you've been to gyms long enough, you can pretty much eye ball who is on steroids and who isn't. Everyone from body builders, power lifters, and just people who want to lift for exercise. A couple clues.
1. Skin tears. If dude has skin tears on his deltoids and is military pressing well over 200 lbs (in full range of motion) like its a toothpick, he's on the juice. Skin tears occur when your muscle mass growth is faster than the skin can stretch. It doesn't mean anyone with skin tears is on the juice. If you are a non-steroid user and go through a fast growth spurt in muscle mass, you'll get skin tears. It's an indicator of possible use. It goes along with 2 though.
2. Incredible feats of strength and no signs of slowing down. Person warms up squatting with 225 lbs., goes up to 315 lbs, goes up to 405 lbs., goes up to to 495 lbs., goes up to 585 lbs for ten reps... :dahell: ... puts on another pair of 45s for 675 lbs at ten reps. :wtf:
3. He's a professional body builder, competes in professional body building competitions, and is seen in national bodybuilding magazines.

When you say skin tears ,are you referring to stretch marks???If not then do you mean the skin literally has tears on it?

There are 3 IFBB pros at my gym it's pretty hardcore so I assume allot of people are juicing. There's a guy there that hit 495 three times on bench and he looks like a straight up caveman with the abnormal brow growth.
