There's two thing about Roy Jones I'll always say. He's the most talented fighter of all time and I don't think he could be beaten in his prime. Just look at how Michael Jordan was a mark for him during that 99 ESPN special with Serena, Jeter, and Warren Sapp. $hit was hilarious. Jordan the greatest athlete of our era next to ALI was bowing down like a bytch at a Usher concert. PURE comedy.

I heard about this too but never seen it myself as well. I have tried numerous times to find it on youtube with no luck.

One of the most gifted individuals in the modern history of combat sports. He was more impressive than Tyson cause he was doing it to far more mobile targets.

Not my GOAT but ive said before...id be lying if i didnt think he was the most physically gifted fighter of the last 30 years

I'll say the last 50 years and that would include Ali. Roy was a just a physically freak of nature in the ring. Could do anything he wanted to do but I think that's what got him trouble as well. He was so hellbent on dominating his opponent that he didn't nothing but the basics as far as skill is concerned.

Truth be told.... they day I saw him catch them L's was the day I was done with boxing and it died to me. I went from hardcore to casual.... cuz it was hard to watch him go out like that and I met him and he was a cool dude!! (My soph. year of college he came to A&T and toured the campus, he walked around for the whole day, was mad cool)

But yes.... he's the GOAT

In his prime at his best he was pretty much unbeatable. If he would have retired after the Ruiz win some would have tried to tout him as he greatest ever. Now while i wouldnt go that far in his prime he was the best i have ever seen and did things in the ring that shouldn't have even been possible.
