there's also this girl I run with, who I didn't think was militant, and actually, I thought she was on some :mjpls:

but she actually seems to be somewhat militant, cuz the last few times I was talking to her, she kept talking about the next time we do an outting, we need to definitely go to a black owned restaurant.

You ever heard of a thing called white privilege and systemic racism. It's not about sounding angry on a forum these are my beliefs in everyday life. When I get old I want see Black Tyrone get the same amount of opportunity as White Paul. Believe what you want I actually went to a HBCU and actually participated in recent protest for police brutality while whites drive by yelling out all lives matter, what about black on black crime and other either conservative BS they could think of. We even had black c00ns telling us to stop saying all cops are not bad BS.

How did we get here? I agree with everything you're saying dude. Those issues aren't "pro-black" they are "pro-human" or "pro-American."

My original post said that I'm around people who understand that blacks in America experience certain issues that others don't. I'm definitely for taking care of those issues. I also believe that blacks in America have contributed to world culture in ways that others have not.

Doesn't mean "pro-black" though.

For example, I don't regard Africans in the same way, I don't believe every black person has shared or will share the same experience, and so on.

Pro-Black is some shyt like, "you know the original inventor of the lightbulb was a black dude."

Much like...

Pro-White is, "you know the majority of field's medal winners have been white dudes"

That shyt is corny. :camby:

Why don't you talk with them about it? Black men and women ending up dead by the police on a weekly basis and you ain't had a single conversation about blackness? shyt even my 70+ year old grandma who goes to an all white church with white Jesus plastered all over the place talk about the shyt :dahell:

Whenever I talk about racism/pro black stuff etc they always end up changing the subject. Idk why I guess race is a sensitive topic for some black people. It's kinda sad to be honest. I know black people who always talk about "black on black crime" but they stay silent on police brutality.

I've met a couple broads who surprised me. Met this one chick at the club and for our 2nd "date" I went to her crib and we watched Hidden Colors :heh

Every white person in America is already pro white idiot.

And that shyt is racist and corny, which is the point. White folks (whatever that means), taking credit for what a select group of men have done throughout history. The average white person has as much in common with Einstein, Bach, or Berkeley as I do (likely a lot less), yet we're supposed to buy into this idea that all whites folks are great because certain ones have greatly contributed to society?

Yea, that shyt is corny. :beli:

No less corny than when black folks get on the same shyt.

Addressing systemic racism does not equal being "pro-black."

I'm 19 years old near a college.
Tumblr and Twitter made a lot of Black kids pseudo-activists.
You can spot them because they never shut the fukk up about the word "melanin."
So I guess 30+
They're not really pro-Black.
They'll go back to being mildly aware of the condition of Black people in about a decade, when most of them end up single mothers/single fathers.

Hate to break it to you but you might be surrounded by c00ns :wow:

Personally I've been on a mission. If I meet someone who's black and we have more than a 5-10 minute convo I'm bringing up some pro black shyt. I'm on a mission to wake black people up one at a time if I have to :blessed:
