I find most people lie about their pull up numbers bc their form is usually half assed or the easier versions where they aren’t fully extending their arms.

But for me I can knock out a solid 8 then my arm fatigue leads to sloppier reps. Once I lose some weight off this bulk I’ll be at 10-15 easy.

I do 4 sets of 15 on back days. If I tried to max out, I’m sure I could do 20+

I remember when I started going to the gym 15 years ago, the most I could do was 7
