First off this is not a 2pac thread its just a song that i think give it up and respect what came before him….these rappers and ill go so far as say teenagers don't respect the past at all...i was just listening to this song and on some real shyt he really respected what was before him and did it in a good way one of my favorite songs from Pac i don't know too many rappers that give it up to the old school post some songs that do that would love to hear them and I'm from NY so yeah i say it started here but i know theres many people who think it didn't but at the end of the day history lesson ya dig

This new generation lacks respect for the old school.
word i bet if you asked 100 of these new rappers about the people pac was talking about in this song they wouldn't know and what makes it even worse LL who i don't rock with now helped built this and this younger generation don't even know bout Rock the Bells that Mama Said Knock You Out thread i can dig it cause it is one of the best albums of all time but bet these younger dudes don't know it

Yeah, shyt is sad. I got so much love for the old school.

Another sad thing is there are older cats on here that disrespect the old school in favor of a lot of this new garbage
