Man no, let dudes be who they r!

E ain't a tough guy and he doesn't need a singles push... BECAUSE HE fukkING GOT ONE ALREADY AND BEING TOUGH JUST DIDNT SUIT HIM.

The New Day are fine where they r. They can be one of the greatest tag teams ever. Let them cook.

Apollo is growing into his self, I'm sure he won't be the same in 2 years. Let him cook.

Every black guy doesn't have to be a snarling Rusev type nikka to get over, in fact that shyt is generic and bland as fukk when we act that way.

Black people, are funny, have rhythm and flavor by nature and will still whip your ass. I LOVE WHAT NEW DAY IS DOING BECUZ IF ANYTHING THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT STEREOTYPICAL.

Dragon ball, Video Game references, twerking (smh) they made things that were taboo for black men what got them over and I respect them For being who they are...

In NXT it actually did suit him lol. Him and Bo Dallas had an excellent build up and back & forths

I NEVER TOOK BIG E SERIOUS, when he was doing the 5 count thing, he always looked like a nice guy tryna act hard. Maybe cuz I'm Black all black guys don't look tough to me.

Big E's character now seems closer to his real self turned up to 100 and that's what makes a great superstar IMO.

^Definitely agree about this being Big E's true self turned up a notch. All the best gimmicks/characters are really just the exaggerated versions of themselves.

Just makes me wonder...would the exaggerated version of Crews' self just be the black Bo Dallas :russ:?

Why couldn't it be just one huge stable of dope ass black wrestlers that have Vince as the mastermind behind it..with a takeover storyline.

:mjlol: no. they've been in charge of creative for over a decade. if they thought or wanted a black wrestler given a serious push, they would have fought for it. I don't know where you're getting this idea that they feel otherwise.

Reminds me of that bullshyt "Racism will die when these old people pass on" nonesense hear now and then :mjlol:

I was gonna create a separate topic on this but since everyone wants to be Pro Black when it's convenient..let's go in this direction. Did you think Bad News Brown should of been WWF Champion long before the Brets, Shawns, and guys like that?

You got a fair point, those dudes are geeks, its what they are. But R-Truth is a real brother from the south who'll tell cacs what he thinks.

His work in NWA-TNA and his WWE work is night and day. We know he can be a threat, get heat and light a fire under the product if he had the possible but he's been neutered. WWE would strongly prefer their black wrestlers to be castrated for the most part. No if ands or buts about it.

I remember when Lashley first came on the WWE scene. They marketed him as 'Hard hitting, soft spoken'. They had it on his titantron and all that.

Why the fukk would you market a big powerhouse like that as 'soft spoken'?

There's a need in the company to make black wrestlers safe to the audience. They dont want black men to be too much of a threat.

^That "Hard Hitting" "Soft Spoken" thing was so embarrassing, more embarrassing than David Flair's titantron

I don't know about that, but I do know that people should have been acknowledging that Bad News Brown was Stone Cold before Stone Cold.

You are all so young that you don't remember shyt....Bret Hart was a fukking NOBODY in 1989 when Bad News was getting pushed. He was not over like 96 Razor or anything. He was just leaving that tag team and starting his singles shyt and Shawn was a utter goofball who just sold and looked silly all the time. So Bad News was WAY ahead of them during that run and definitely had all the heat one would need to justify a title run..as did Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect.

Two problems with Bad News at that time. He didnt job to anyone (most of his matches were count outs or he went over) and he took horrific bumps (and not in a good way). His gimmick was ahead of its time but I can understand why Vince didnt put the strap on him. In fact the only time he was viable to win it was when Savage was about to turn on Hogan. Wrong place, wrong time.
