Don't feel bad.
I remember my very first day when I joined a real gym many years ago...I was like 15 and I couldn't lift very much. And a woman was there benching like 155 -- which isn't a ton. But for most women, that's probably pretty good. And I wasn't even doing that. So I know what you felt.

but I didn't say nothing and I kept working out.
