1. Main business
2-4. Offshoot businesses of my main business
5. Real estate rental income
6. Traditional investment portfolio
7. Crypto portfolio

I implore everyone to obviously have as many as they can, but the easiest is a traditional investment portfolio with any excess funds that you have. The power of compounding interest is substantial, it's how the rich stay rich.

That's dope that you're a notary. I've been trying to put people on forever because I use them daily and the dude that I use easily clears six figures and works for himself. Been trying to tell my friends to do it but they're too lazy to follow through with it smh

And the crazy thing is it’s not even hard to become one :heh:. If you do loan signings you can make some serious money depending on where you’re located

Bro trust me, I pay the dude $150 a signing and he does 5-7 a week just for me and he has a bunch of other clients. I wish more people were hip to the hustle.

2 Extension of main job (on call)
3. Stock portfolio

I have a small amount of money in BTC but I want to get more invested in cryptocurrency, but I'm not sure where to start so all my extra funds have gone into stocks. My long term goal is to save funds from #2 and #3 to invest in real estate rental properties, I'm making steps but that's years away. brehs with rentals properties, where and how did you start? :lupe:

Also any of ya'll ever thought of owning a small franchise (something like a Subway)? I've always been interested in that.

Its really cool seeing all ya'lls main/side hustles :salute:
