This is me…went to dentist 2 years ago and got roasted bcuz i slacked on flossing…

I even do the plastic pic floss and the regular floss

Not going to lie like most, I was only doing it once in the am when I woke up unless I was going out later In the evening in that case twice

Since I started doing Invisalign 7 months ago I been doing it 3 times a day together with listerine plus flossing. Seems like I'm going to stick to that routine even after I'm done with Invisalign, too many years of bullshytting. Also going to make sure I get 2-3 dental cleanings a year, I didnt realize how hard I was slacking. I've never been told I had bad breath but my mouth feels so much fresher now

7-9 times a day is crazy.

Normally I floss and brush 3x a day. Ever since i got braces, i don't play about my teeth. They're off now and I'm still very anal about them. I have a travel toothbrush/floss case that I carry with me everyday.

Lately, I've been flossing and brushing 2x a day because I've only been eating 2x a day.

I can guarantee you for a fact, that if you actually floss at least just once a day, and brush your teeth in the morning and before bed, you will never even have morning breath. A lot of you nikkas probably need a teeth cleaning before hand, but nothing wrong with that. Go get a teeth cleaning then never go a day without thoroughly flossing and brush your teeth twice a day. Mouthwash is optional.
