Up to 3 times a day. Morning and before going to bed always and most of the time after dinner. Electric Braun toothbrush. Use some Colgate total gel toothpaste, some green looking box. Use the Listerine twice a day, was using the purple one but I think I have the blue one now. I have floss picks but I been slacking on that during this quarantine, gotta get back to being consistent on them.

I brush my teeth at least 4 times a day. Once I wake up and after every time I eat doesn't matter if its a snack or not. Always have a toothbrush on me.

Twice a day, once in the morning while im showering (you brush much better and longer in the shower) and once at night, sometimes 3 times depending on if I had lunch or what I ate. I get dry mouth so I use that mouthwash for it instead of listerine.

Twice, that’s all that’s needed unless you have braces/aligners.

I will floss throughout the day tho - which is the more pertinent thing if food build up/trapped food/odor is what you’re trying to avoid after meals. Floss, do a water rinse, and I’m good, or if I ate something pungent, pop a mint or gum after flossing.

I got floss, chapstick and a Tide pen on me at all times :takedat:

The shower has no bearing on how long and well you brush, and it’s wasting more water as you stand there brushing for two minutes with the shower flowing while also being unable to bathe since your hands are occupied.

At least once. Maybe twice dependent upon any film retaining to my teeth. I floss multiple times per day.

Thats your experience. :yeshrug:
I take more time to brush in the shower since I spend a considerable amount of time just soaking in the shower before and after I cleanse. Instead of just sitting there letting the water relax me, which I do for more than half the shower, I brush. I have long hair so it takes me longer to wash it than most men. When im letting it rinse, I may brush then. What would be a 2 min brushing out the shower is a 4min brushing in the shower for me. And because Im in the shower, I can brush more vigorously without worrying about getting toothpaste everywhere. You can use better angles that dont require you to go slower or be less fervent. If you dont, thats fine. My comment wasn't about your brushing habits, it was about mine.
