honestly i never go above 12 but i usually have a shyt load of energy after.. before my shoulder pain my max was 275... on my way to 315 but hat 275 it felt like my shoulders was separating..i have 0 flexibility so before a major surgery.. i lifted that 5 times and called it a record.
Never tried to just lift 225 as many times as possible...but in a 10-8-6-4-2 workout I'd do 225 for 4 and 245 for 2, that felt close to my limits...so I'm guessing 5-8? Probably more if I trained specifically for that.
