Last time i tried I hit it 25x..i did it fukkin round after my main chest workout. So im guessing i can get to 30.

Im 6'1 265 tho:yeshrug:

Most I’ve ever did was 30 :yeshrug:

Don’t know about now tho since I haven’t done that many reps in awhile but I’d still knock out 20+ easy no warm up

honestly i never go above 12 but i usually have a shyt load of energy after.. before my shoulder pain my max was 275... on my way to 315 but hat 275 it felt like my shoulders was separating..i have 0 flexibility so before a major surgery.. i lifted that 5 times and called it a record.

I'm at the point where I may have to reconsider lifting period. Already had surgery on one shoulder and lifting again fukked that one back up. And the other one is fukked. I'm not a smart man

Never tried, I'm trash at bench though

Wingspan is +5 inches on my height :manny:

As a decathlete bench press is the least important lift for me, I have to stay relatively light with my lower body being much more important than my upper body, and I've never lifted weights before this year so my upper body is still pretty underdeveloped in comparison to my lower body(I have naturally very large and strong thighs and calves)

i actually settled on machines.. in the gym thread i showed the powertec i bought.. not as good as free weight but pain free

I only do 5-8 if I got paid to do it I would do more but I’m also 205

I do 3 sets of 20 in the gym at around 103kg so I think I could do at least 25ish in a failure.


Always been pretty solid at bench press on account of being 5"9 and having short arms for my height.
