There was something here called a driver's responsibility fee (Granholm bullshyt) that had 37% of drivers under the age of 30 with suspended licenses having nothing to do with driving bad, all paperwork bullshyt.

No insurance eventually turns to driving in a suspended and Detroit only writes more tickets, never taking nikkas to jail or taking your car. So you drive in the burbs and go to jail every DWB police stop, lose cars/jobs/lively hood.
