Alot of them i'd imagine make 6-figures or at least they did before ESPN cut-back last year, especially the guys you named since they do both studio and in-game analysis.

But a guy like Rece Davis....he's a big dog at ESPN, he probably makes at least $150K

150k? negro are you smokin somethin? he's a lead analyst on a multi-billion company, he aint no accountant for the network... he's easily in 7 figures.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
these dudes make 6 figues to do what everyone in america is doin at the same time, sit around and talk shyt about the game :heh:
i wouldn't say that.....

I mean think of a play by play announcer.. you gotta know what you're seeing in real time.. numbers, players, annunciation, past history... now some of that is sent in from facts and stats dept.. but you still gotta know what you're talking about.. that takes film study and knowledge of the game a lot deeper than you or I know. listening to gruden on MNF is a lot different than listening to ray ray at the bar

plus if you notice, they usually do about 50 shows. you'll see them on 5 different shows that day, plus a radio show, pregame, during and after... it's no coaching life.. but it's not sitting around doing nothing either

the white man who does MNF with Gruden
:russ: Wasnt there a story about how Terico returned an award for black journalism saying he wasn't black.

Terico ain't making 8 mill, I refuse to believe that.

Making more talking about a sport than the players playing it :banderas:

I remember reading a writer being asked why doesn't kiper or mayock become a scout and work up to gm..
His response was they would be taking an enormous pay cut

what alot of you people dont realize is these are former PROS, who actually either played or coached sports and made mills already, not some armchair quarterback or some high school 3rd stringer like you
