Every man in their 20’s,30’s and early 40’s who doesn’t have a physical disability should be able to push up 225 at least once. At the very least 185:yeshrug:
I can rep 185 lbs about 5x..not sure about the max though. Gym bros can do that easily but A LOT of dudes can't....with practice yeah but not just coming off the street.

How many push-ups can you do? Not those fast ones, but slower, controlled push-ups all the way down to your arms almost fully extended.

I never do my max. Right now I'm doing 4 sets of 10 with 205 on flat after doing maybe 155- 165 on incline but doing 200 diamond push-ups 5 days a week.

Doing that max shıt can fụck up my shoulders.
