My peak all-time was 225 for five reps but that was with bad technique (nearly all shoulders) when I look back on it. I was about 165 lbs. then.

225 flat, 185 on incline, 4 sets of 10 each. Cut back on the diamonds. They've been hurting my forearms. I have no ambition of being a powerlifter so I'm cool with where I'm at. I weigh 203.
Pretty much where I reached. I'll try to reach around 200 for incline and see if I can hit 235 flat.

205 for 3-4 reps. Started back lifting this past December. Tried 225 and needed help getting that bytch back up :sadcam:

Went from 160 to 185 BW since December tho. I figure with more work and another 15 pounds I’ll be able to crack 225 by the summer

I don't know if its just me but I get pissed off with nıggas come in the gym and start having a bench pressing contest with me asking me to spot them in the middle of my workout on chest day. These the type of nıggas that do chest and biceps 3 or 4 days a week as a full body workout.

I have to consistently check them on that shıt and tell them I have to finish my shıt within my time and can't keep spotting them.

The other day, saw some frail white dude struggling with 115 on the incline then tried to ask me to spot him on 135. :dahell:

Then saw some Hispanic kid around 180lbs trying to bench 4 plates each side then look in my direction like he wanted me to help him. Like GTFOH dawg. :dahell:

I don't got time for these young nıggas trying to lift what they can't handle. If I am not breathing properly when lifting, I will go lighter. 205 to 225 is my intermediate level without a spotter.

Kill yourself confusing bodybuilding with powerlifting brehs. :picard:

Nıggas will start lifting too heavy once they see a nıgga with a little muscle like we gonna run over and save them. That's gay af. I'm not your trainer. :picard:
