Well at least our money is going toward a black business.

not up north. nikkas in New York love getting cuts from domincians and puerto ricans. many of the cats that own the barbershops in harlem are of the white domincian and rican variety.

down south we keep it black. dunno about the west though. haven't lived there long enough to frequent many of the barbershops. hopefully they're not letting mexicans profit of em.

its impossible to cut a fresh fade yaself. too many hard to reach angles. i've cut my own hair when i go even all around. but for a fade u need someone else.

You think your self givin hair cut looks better than one you can get from an A1 barber with 20 years experience?

For what I do, I say yeah. I've never been to a barber in my life so I have nothing to compare to, but when I started cutting my hair at 18 (braids all through HS, pops cut it before that) people would ALWAYS ask me who cut my hair. Because I was doing it myself I was real self conscious like "Why? Is it fukked up? " But they'd be like "nah that shyt is CLEAN!"

Swear to gawd once my boy introduced me to his girl and then proceeded to tell her that I had the cleanest edge up of all time. Like that's what I was known for.

I got a double swirl too. I wouldn't even trust a barber at this point in my life.
