How much do you pay for your kids haircuts? I know the prices at the barbershop I go to went up at the beginning of the year for all ages.

Sounds like it gets rather expensive depending on how much you go.

20 for my oldest (15) and my 2 younger ones 20 total (6/3)... so basically for all of us 60-70...But my oldest doesn’t get his hair cut as much as I do.

Not bad but the price is up there. I have waves in my hair and take care of my hair so I would still look good on a daily basis with that haircut regardless.

My barbershop does a Rent Em Spoons type of operation.. the haircut is free, but they charge you $30 to clean it up.

Damn thats crazy. I guess that depends on the type of haircut you get? When I was going, I was paying like 15 to 18 plus tip. Usually would shoot them a 20 and told them to keep the change. And that was like every 6 weeks or so. These days I just pay my barber with food or a drink. Not as good service as a professional place but long as my hair gets cut, I'm good with it.

The last time I went to a barber it was $8.00 for a temple taper.

Of course that was in 1996.
