Not sure but they are probably cheap, the real question is when will chicagos war Chest be full to start renovations again, and will they try to lay claim to the black side of the lake, vs areas like that

I actually don’t mind being patient in real estate investing. O block going for sale pretty much exposed how much potential value that area might have.


All Chicago needs is for crime to go back down to where it was in the early 00s to 2010 era.
