We were so focused on King Von being a savage we didn’t notice that there is a big hospital and university very close by. Looking at Google maps id walk to class everyday if I lived in O block
You’d probably live in the dorms to be honest. U of C is like USC. You step outside certain boundaries and it’s uncharted territories at your own risk.

With my investing vision we trying to get those college geeks to graduate Chicago and raise a family nearby the college that provided them with superb education

Don’t care about those dirty blood stained buildings. I care about those empty lots and homes next to them.


Allegedly the empy lot are cta owned property.
Alloted for waiting till full regentrification to be sold.

It has always been a rumor.
You could never acquire that property.
As it has alway had the stigma of being for when they force blacks from that south western area.
