Landlords are desperate at this point, where a lot of their tenants have not paid a single dollar in rent in over a year. There are great deals to go in and landlords are negotiating crazy deals. I mean, some are cutting their rent as much as 50%!

My advice to all the Black men renting. Move to the South or Midwest. If your credit score is over 650 and you make at least 45k a year, there is no way you shouldn’t be a home owner.

If you’re renting. You are paying some other man’s mortgage, property tax and home owners insurance.

Might as well call that man daddy

45k a year in most parts of the South can get you approved for a 175k mortgage. Which is a condo or townhouse at least.
