My parents sold their house to downsize and instead of getting a smaller place wife and I had them move in with us. So they used the money they got from selling to put down a deposit on a bigger home.

I cannot wait to see how much money will be saved living mortgage free.
To be honest I haven't even done the math on how much will be saved, I want to experiene it firsthand and blindly.
