Before I knew better and the barber raised the price it used to be like 10 for a shave + line up and 12 for the full cut. When he raised it to 15 and then 20 dollars I was out. Tried to get my dad to stop going and cut his own hair but he liked talking to people in the barbershop. I wasn't like that, got the Wahl shaver and been saving money ever since. This was years ago.

It's especially good for me since I keep an afro so all I do is line my self up and shave the beard when it gets super thick.

You get better at it the more you do it.

A lot of the older dudes went there just to talk while I was :hmm: in the barber chair like "Just finish my line up."

I see barbers in Atlanta ripping yall off :mjlol:

To answer the question Free 99. Been that way since I was 18

When I went to the barber it was $10. Is it bad that I didn't leave a tip?:lupe:
It's not that, people in Atlanta/south typically have more disposable income than people from other regions. You have to remember we're not spending a rack + to live in the slums and we are gainfully employed. We also have a thriving underworld too so we get it one way or another.

Our strippers, barbers/hair stylist, and local d-boys eat well...

There's a LOT of disposable income in Atlanta. It seems like just about everyone over 30 who went to college owns a McMansion.

13 dollars basic add 5 for the beard. Usually Give my mans a four dollar tip. So usually 22-23 dollars. On a payday I may give 25.
