I'm at the job and my boss is talking, saying they had to turn clients down because they're too small

I went

I have nowhere near enough knowledge or money, but I think you could bread just off doing password resets and remoting into people's computer

And if you were able to also service POS systems...

I've been doing break fix for small companies for years and now I'm pivoting to creating an MSP myself. I can piggy back off a larger MSP I know but I think you will need at least a data storage connection and knowledge of M365 for starters.....
