I’m not happy. I need to cut 10 lbs for my height to meet the Army standard for my age.
I have a total body workout plus the time to do it. Plan on starting next week along with a 30 minute walk.
Never too late. Just need to take it one day at a time.
This diet though is the killer. I eat twice a day as is, I just need to lower the carbs and increase my protein.
