My best time so far was 1hr 43 minutes in 11 miles. My half marathon time was even better but I only have hit it once so far.
My lived counts were out of whack, glucose and a1c were high as hell, and blood pressure was hypertension 1

looks like it might be another fast day. Somedays be like that, woke up with no hunger just stayed in bed working so my mind was preoccupied anyway. Then around 1 pm had some tea, then had a 2 hour phone conversation, now back working.... Still no food and it's already 5pm. Thinking about just going to sleep when I'm done working in a few hours. And boom, wake up tomorrow with a monk fast done
