I was labeled pre-diabetic but I think I’m within normal levels now. I’ll find out on my annual in 3 months.
I wasn’t, but I am running my first half marathon first week of January. I don’t think I will keep going after that as far as consistent marathon running. At my current pace 27 miles would take 5 hours@Spence good luck with your annual. Are you a marathon runner?
