At my gym, they have one of those in body scans machines. Outside of a Dexa scan, its the pretty reliable. I was 38 bf at one pointHow'd you find out your bodyfat percentage? Did you have to go to a specialist or get a special tool? Or is there a way to find out on your own?
I'm the same height as you and weigh about 165, but I've never known my BF%. I'm not especially muscular so might be higher than yours![]()

Cut out all chips, cookies, drinks that got a bunch of grams of sugars in them, canned foods that you eat they are all high processed shyt with fat, salt and sugars in them. Cut out the fried foods and fatty meals that include pork. Increase the amount of fruits and fresh vegetables that you eat daily, and when you want a snack eat nuts, yogurt or fruits like I just stated. For dinner try to eat more fish, chicken breast, and if you want something like fries, get the potatoes from the store and make your own.Help a breh out, how do I get started? I’m built like Rod Wave rn, tryna change that ASAP

Yep. The way folks be posting in other fitness/health related threads, you can there's a lot of people not being honest with themselves in this threadNo offense but everytime i see a pic of a coli breh they look like Cedric the Entertainer but when these posts come up, they all 6 ft 4 with no body fat. Something aint adding up
