I'll post all my fun numbers - you can only get so much with public institutions or through grants/loans.

And - a dude at my CC, was the GOAT - pocketed over $47K through Dean's List type scholarships - in one year. He told me proudly, not bragging, but more like "get like me"

That Honors' hussle is ridiculous.

I was in the same boat, gettin scholarships for days n getting any grant I could get. I even thought about tanking a semester just to get in a program that only awards B students, but it wouldn't have been worth it. Anyone can do it if they know the system and it's a shame they don't push scholarships to prevent loans like they should

But you'll be bytching at the end of graduation when the payment kicks in about how student loans are "unfair" and the government needs to do something or you'll work at some non profit for 10 years making less than you're worth just so you can get them forgiven.

I'm an engineering major and I just made the dean's list last Spring semester,so If I can't get a job after graduation then it's impossible for a black man to make it in America at which point I'll sell alot of drugs. Bottom Line I'm going to have more than enough money to pay Uncle Sam back
