Breakfast: oatmeal, pineapple, cantaloupe, and Minute Maid watermelon juice

Lunch: jimmy johns roast beef sub, plain chips, cherry coke


Dinner: :yeshrug: Wifey gettin her hair fixed but hopefully she can get back in time so we can hit Carrabbas, I have a taste for veal Marsala and garlic mashed potatoes. If not, Pizza Hut.

Lunch: 6-inch Subway Club on Honey Oat, some Jalapeno Kettle Cooked Chips, Gatorade, Pudding cup

Snack: Handful of Town House Sea Salt Pita Crackers.

Dinner (Have yet to eat): The other half of the footlong Subway Club I bought during lunch time.

Lunch: A gluten-free blueberry energy bar, and some other energy bar I can't really remember (cranberry almond or something).

After-work snack: A biscuit, leg, and wing from Popeye's


Got some fries in the oven, once those are done I'll eat them along with some broccoli and a chicken breast. :manny:

Holy shyt, I wish I had the willpower to eat that healthy.

lol I have a goal right now so that helps. Its a balance like if I was really about that life I wouldn't have had the chips. If you start eating healthy after a while you began to crave those foods more that helps with long term healthy habits.
