But I paid for her flight to DR the last two years. Bought her a big screen tv. Bought her a new stereo. Replaced the speakers. Paid for new couches and coffee table. Replaced some kitchen appliances. Buy her clothes if we happen to be out together. And I bring her a cheesecake from Junior's in Grand Central Terminal every Friday on my way home from work.

I will probably get her some boots for winter as soon as I find something nice.

It's worth it. She cooks me paella from time to time.
