i was just noticing when this thread was first made i wasn't in my house yet so i hadn't refi'd from the credit line i was using to build to my conventional mortgage. my reply at the time was $0 because i was living w my parents, thinking sh!t was sweet, big difference a year makes lol.

Me And My Girl Live Together Though, I Pay 55% She Pays 45% All The Other Bills We Split Down The Middle.

We Live 30 Mins From The City.

We Both Make Good Money So We Still Go Out And Do Stuff As We Please. Dinners, Broadway Shows, Sometimes A Sporting Event, We Have A Vacation Fund We're Building Up, Tryna Go To Paris.

We Still Manage To Put Our Own Savings Away.

The Plan Is To Own A Condo Or Co-op After Our 2 Year Lease Is Up.

I Work For The City And My Girl Works Behind The Scenes On A Program On MSNBC.

She's Cuban, She Cooks, Cleans, And Does Laundry. I Do Dishes And Handle The Bills.

She's 9 Years Younger Then Me, And She Doesn't Have Any Kids.
