I would never call people dumb for renting... or not wanting to own your own home..... shyts a headache. I always reminisce on the time when I had a zero bedroom studio w gas n heat included no cable, so just an internet bill.

You can bounce all over the nation and world if u don't own shyt.... and u can say fukk life if u want. I cant say fukk life cuz I own a home n my son is in private school.

Me n that nikka could be in a new state every month, while I home school...... but nope, we r brainwashed to love fake stability.
You could do that if you want. Home school is becoming very popular the way they are shooting up schools and shyt. Look at the SETCLAE curriculum. One of my goals for my daughter is for her to attend high school abroad. I think its important for everyone to experience different environments.

$2600 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in LA...great neighborhood (miley cirus, steve carrell, one of the gays from modern family all live nearby)....

I only pay utilities (~$300-400/month)....I converted one of the living rooms to another bedroom and sublet the other 3 bedrooms.

Always that one poster. Let me guess I should be investing + owning a home.. Yall dudes do this everytime.
hes right though, the thing is that those people paying over a grand on a rent can't afford a home, they don't have the down payment. Paying over a grand on a rent is really stupid. Your money just gets thrown out every month

Duuuuuvaaaaal!!
In Duval :wtf: You must live on the beach
Yep. I am trying to sell and move though. I could get A LOT more bang for my buck on a different side of town. My main thing is space. I want to have a decent sized lot/yard. I can't stand those developments where you can look out the window and stare right into the neighbors house.

What apartments if u dont mind? (no stalker)

Just bought a spot in Summerwood myself
Timberlakes at Atascocita

I'm right down the street from 1960 so the convenience is wonderful. Looking to buy in Eagle Springs or Kings Harbor in the next year or so.

Bruh, it really depends on the area you live in/If you have a family etc. I just dont want to be tied down to one location at this period in my life becaus im single.

Everything down south seems to be cheaper. But in the DMV, anything less than a Grand or 900 most likely you are going to living in the HOOD. Which I dont want to deal with anymore. Just about everything starts at 1,100+ In this area. This area was also never hit that hard by the reccession and you tend to have better paying Jobs because of the cost of living.

Hell if you are in the tech field, this area is probably 2nd to Silicon valley.

Damn, you're in a single family on the beach or a condo? I'm going to live on the beach one of these days...I'll at least try it for a year. Im 5 mins from the beach now but I want to be able to see it from the crib :ahh:
