They're raising rent to $1450 so Im deciding to move to something better.

Moving to a 1 bedroom outside of Oakland for $1725 next month


I live alone though


I want a gf sometimes to help with expenses but i like that most people my age that are single have 2-5 roomates out here Even in their 30s

Plus i like bringing a variety of women to my place without worrying about weirdo roommates, along with being however the hell i want to be in my living room..etc

There's places cheap like that here in Texas but of course they arent nice. I saw a place for $500 all bills paid. Checked it out for the laughs, thought I was in a haunted building from a horror movie
