90% of nikkas can't get real drank as in Hi-Tech/Wockhardt/Tussionex
nikkas are drinking Watson which I'm pretty sure has no actual narcotics in it, or drinking the Promethazine DM syrup which might as well be Benadryl as far as effects go.
Think something is actually popular because rappers talk about it a lot brehs.
The shyt is a rapper/dboy/athlete drug because most regular people can't afford it anymore. So how is it ever gonna reach the point where masses of people are addicted to it comparable to crack.

Pills n lean weren't specifically created to target minorities. Way more :larry:abuse pills than minorities, the authorities are more scared of prescription pill abuse than traditional drugs. They are actually trying to destigmatize pill abuse that it's "people who got hooked after recovering from illness"

Been a negative stigma to me, you see chicks that fukk with that, they usually are sloppy and stupid, same with dudes.
Hmm do you think that pharmaceutical companies are happy with the illegal pill poppin culture right now?
I ask that because I know alot of hospitals are making it harder to get prescription drugs
