As someone who works in the real estate field if u dont know y a real estate agent is needed then you need one
To that point, what's your opinion on an individual doing an FSBO? Should I just skip it and pay an agent 3%? I'd really like to keep that money in my pocket. I'm told there's no way that a non-agent can get their home listed on the MLS. Is this true?
That is true you do need to be an agent or have an agent for MLS listings. Trust me, the info and resources the average real estate agent has access to is well worth the 3% they earned.

Apparently those dudes doing industrial realestate are making a killing. Making a million dollars in commission every month. Life must be gud.trying to save yourself but the end is certainly near. Just need a good lawyer and you can stage yur own house and advertise
up here in canada we have property guys with a flat rate
smh at getting 2.5% commission for doing nothing
