im just mad i didnt know about this uber VIP thing...


just did some research....i could have been earning SPG points with uber this whole time....

Easily $600 a month. I'm typing this from the back seat of an uber right now and to be honest I wish I had the money to ride uber every day as nothing is more convenient. When I get to work, I don't have to worry about that dumb ass parking garage and I get dropped off right in front of the office building door.

Only drawback is that my girl gets on my ass about spending so much money on it.

Its not really a waste if your getting a service out of the money your spending. I travel alot so uber/lyft is a life saver so I don't consider it a waste but that surge pricing is bytchmade . It's definitely easier and cheaper than trying to find a taxi and probably get ripped off. I was in Vegas last week and this dude took some trash route to get to my hotel so after the trip I pulled up the app and had my fare adjusted. Good luck trying to get that done with a taxi. Plus I know in Vegas each hotel on the strip has its own pickup and dropoff area . If your spending that much money to get back and forth from work then year maybe you should be investing I know in my state the cheapest your going to get away with in just insurance
