Depends on the number of people. At least a couple Billion. If you're not white, the government would tax the hell out of you and if you don't comply they'd could fukk with your import/export capabilities, which you'll most likely need to sustain your people. Then factor in sustaining existing infrastructure, schools, jobs, housing, transportation, etc. In a poorer country a lot of this stuff would need to be created from scratch.

that's what i was thinking. people are talking about how you would have to have the local support and i'm like wouldn't giving them clean water and a hospital pretty much guarantee their support? i looked up the per capita income of the congo and it was some absurdly low number so if someone came over their stuntin for the citizens, then they would be very impressed.

you obviously have no idea how international geo politics works...

just look at what happened recently in Gambia.... the president lost an election and refused to step down, his army wouldnt move against him..ECOWAS troops from Nigeria, Senegal etc gave him an ultimatum that his country would be invaded and he fled...

no matter how small you think the country is all countries have military and political unions with other countries to avoid what you are trying, i.e NATO O.AU . UN


secondly if you think as a foreigner you could go to any country and openly rule then you are as daft as two brushes, you wont be accepted , people will only support one of their own
