The official Chaplain of the Coli
Long story short. I decided to go to a Black Eyewear place to get some glasses. And the place was not what I expected. It smelled, the walls were not painted, the receptionist was "stern". The eye exam was not modern at all. Like old school eyeglasses chart.
Got the glasses and instantly I knew something wrong. My eyes were heavy and I knew it was the wrong prescription. The doctor said "Try it for a couple days and if its a problem, call back up here." Well, nothing changed.
Talked to the receptionist and she's saying it's my diabetes. Mind you, I never experienced any symptoms for my diabetes and my blood sugar is normal. Not insulin just metaforin. I explained that I never had any problems before these but she kept insisting it was my diabetes. But finally I got an appointment.
So my question is, what is your limit when it comes to Black businesses and professionalism? If you dont care about "shopping Black" then ignore this thread. Like I can ignore some stuff to support Black. But I have limits.
