I do too. It taste better when you bake your pizzas in oil. Thats what they do at Pizza Shops.
Its my favorite food. I eat it too much. Classic pepperoni, but I also have made and tried lots of different kinds. My fav is between, pepperoni or a simple good sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil I also like a thinner crust, but some places in town have a good "deep dish"/pan.

I have gotten more used to making my own dough each week, and then baking in a skillet. Nothing like fresh dough, and I mean really fresh. Plus you deal with little to no grease.
