They told us at the Q4 all-company meeting that there would be no annual cost of living increases, promotions on case-by-case basis with special permission needed Bad times.

Trying to avoid doxing myself but "macroeconomic headwinds" is the phrase they throw around all the time They missed quarterly targets really badly. Low demand for our core products combined with massive capital expenditure and expansion = low operating margins, revenue miss.

Literally got an 11.3% raise today. That shyt is gonna turn out to be effectively more than that when I go on the road this summer, I get a 10.15% raise when I travel + per diem, free room and board, and guaranteed OT. Effectively double my money...
