cash bonus was 111% with another 66% of my bonus deferred though
gets paid out tmw. can finally afford to buy a home

They told us at the Q4 all-company meeting that there would be no annual cost of living increases, promotions on case-by-case basis with special permission needed Bad times.

Glad to see some people eating on here though.

I was promoted back in December for a 15k raise. Recent Annual review was 4% companywide which put me at what I asked for during the negotiation but they met in the middle. None of that will go to waste, a good portion will get stashed, I know the economy is going to get ugly this year and they won't be as generous next time around.
