How much water do you actually drink a day

Just ordered that gallon coldest water bottle

Well, I drink three whole 128oz gallons of water a day. That's a total of 384oz of water a day.

One 128oz of water with my breakfast.
One 128oz of water for my lunch.
One 128oz of water to go with my dinner.

I repeat that same method every day.

I own a few of these 1-gallon canisters and refill them every night for when I wake up in the morning.

I have this as well...for my height and weight im.supposed to drink 2 of these a day...2 gallons

How much do you weigh? I always heard the rule of thumb was half your weight in lbs in ounces of water, give or take a few cups based on your activity level and if you’re a heavy sweater. I do a gallon a day. Two would be no bueno for me

Current weight is 259..im 6"3 built like a lb and im always in the gym. Those gallons have me going to the bathroom a lot smh
